Dry Rot

A farce by John Chapman

22 and 23 November 1996

After a recruitment drive we welcomed three new acting members to the group. With a larger cast, we were able to launch into yet another farce, this time by John Chapman.  This was a hilarious tale of intrigue and mismanagement based in the world of horse racing and betting.  The stars of the show were the French jockey who did not understand a word of English and the maid Beth, seen below with her broom.

Polignac was a very arresting character.

Fred Phipps shows a bit of leg.
