6 and 7 June 1997

In order to encourage new directors, it was decided to have two one-act plays as the Spring production.

In "Campfires Burning", the audience was asked for the first time to exercise their imagination as three members of the cast played the part of teenagers.  The trio  rose to the challenge by pouting and strutting very convincingly.  Mike Patterson took his son as a role model.
